DJ Listing websites
Good morning, I have decided to sell my main DJ listing website along with it's sister websites because I want to work on other projects with my brother.
These websites would be great for anyone who wants an income without doing much and having no large outlays. The only real costs are for domain renewals and hosting!
These are the most succesful online DJ listing websites in the UK now listing over 200 DJs worldwide.

Run virtually on auto-pilot can be run by anyone from anywhere
- The sites basically run themselves all you would have to do is reply to emails and add any new DJs when they join + a few site updates once a month.
- You wouldn't need a knowledge of DJing or to even like DJing.
- The sites can be run from home or in your spare time at work.
- Not location specific can be run from anywhere.
How is revenue made
The sites make money through DJs paying a subscription fee monthly, 6 monthly or yearly. The DJs used to just pay for 6 months or a year through PayPal without any future commitments but last year we started monthly recurring subscriptions through PayPal and it's going well, anyone who signs up now is under a recurring subscription, whether it's monthly, 6 monthly, or yearly. So there is now now billing management because it is down to the DJ to cancel. There is currently over 75 active recurring subscribers, for details of this please message me.

- The turnover listed below is after PayPal fees.
- There would be more net profit but I bought things like computers, websites and web domains.
- The only outlay you need to pay to run these sites is the domain names and hosting!

6.04.11 to 5.4.12: £29,306

Opportunities to increase profit
Due to other commitments and time issues I have just let the listing sites virtually run on autopilot so have not explored any other revenue opportunities. However I do regularly get emails asking if people can advertise and if we would like to be affiliates. The sites revenues could be increased by:
- Cross selling
- Affiliates
- Site advertising

UK-DJs is the leading DJ listing website in the UK and currently gets around 8500 uniques per month and has seen a great increase in traffic, it comes out well for all key searches important to get sales, for instance March 2011 saw 4000 uniques, whereas March 2012 saw 8617, a big increase as you can see. The site even comes out well just for the term DJs in Google.co.uk and it is a trusted site.
What am I looking for
Only serious buyers. The sites have generated £41000 in sales since October 2010 and the sales are increasing so get in while you can. An easy business to run without any costs and no hassle whatsoever!
