To get 40,500 exacts you have your location set to US when using the Google keyword tool, it's needs to be United Kingdom for .UK domains, which gives 5,400 exacts.

No idea on value, I rarely listen to music, others who know how to monetise music stuff will probably have a better idea on that score, does that Apple music thing do aff stuff?

It's a good name, but it's probably too long. If it were dot com, it could be worh more. I also notice that it's a brand new domain! So, you may want to develop a mini-site first and then try to sell it.
