Hi Lovekraft,
It also doesn't do it for me, I'm afraid. Primarily because it doesn't do what it says on the tin. If you want a site dealing with advice on matters of law - then legaladvice.co.uk is the domain you need - a majority of people will also type these two keywords in google.
I'd even much prefer lawadvice.co.uk than lawyeradvice.co.uk because I'm assuming you'd want potential visitors searching for advice on law not advice on lawyers! LawAdvice.co.uk does what it says - and it's for this reason that it's been registered since 1999 to a firm of solicitors.
Additionally, if someone wants a site providing advice on the best lawyers for the job in specific areas of law, "lawyer advice" is not the first thing someone will think of typing in Google. The pluralised domain lawyersadvice.co.uk could have worked better - but not a lot. Of course, as you already know, solicitor is more commonly used in the UK.
Was this domain a hand reg or a drop?? If it was a drop, there's always a chance to sell but I'm sorry that I don't see a large number of potential end users eager for this one, even at a low value.
Best wishes, Richard
