hy.co.uk went for £2.1k (not to me)

Would have bid higher for it but decided to save my wallet for later auctions ;)

DNJournal is going to be flooded with .co.uk's when all these auctions finish.

Nice buys Garth. 8)

f_co_uk @ £16K
hr_co_uk @ £9K
cv_co_uk @ £30K
g_co_uk @ £55K

Technically there not sales at all, rather they're winning bids in a one off process, I wouldn't think they apply in the true 'sales' sense of the word.

£55,000 for g.co.uk (and still rising) - madness. I can see that Google could want it, but who needs it enough to be the counter bidder?

I really would like to see what's in store for some domains, many will be held but surely some will be developed.

Have all the other single letter auctions finished? Anyone got the selling prices?

2 letter .co.uk sales

DNJournal normally report these sales, just as they did when various letters like " e.co " were being brokered via sedo etc.

Will be nice to get some good publicity surrounding the UK market, it all helps :)

I'm out now, just the one for me - il.co.uk

Really wanted dn.co.uk but it's still going at £7.7k

Using bidding loophole, looks as though g.co.uk has gone - is this correct or have they fixed the sneaky-peek-mechanism.

I did feel a little bit 'wrong' doing this, think I will drop them an email alerting them to it.

Whilst I think the auction prices should be public. They have chosen not to make them so at this stage and we should respect that.

I am now out of fp.co.uk at £3k - so good luck to whoever wins the name :)

Decided to use the £3k on a holiday for my family - far more satisfying than being able to tell people my email is [email protected] ;)

Fair call Frank, I had no chance of mine (damn AirFrance!)
