Took a loooong time to come up, browsed to a page and it loaded very slowly you need to look at that. The look of it is ok.
Why would I use this over gumtree?

the site is a bit dry... perhaps you an improve by say changing the font and color of your subtopics and maybe even add an image with the subtitle.
