Wanted: Service Joomla expert for ongoing work.

Joomla experienced person who is prepapred to take over the regular support on a joomla website (which includes virtuemart and is hosted by Rochen) for non techie person who is a distance learning course provider.

Must know virtuemart inside and out.

Hi Mate,

If not too late, before you get stuck down with Virtuemart, take a look at something like HikaShop. Virtuemart took a massive dip when it changed versions from 1.5 onwards.

Hikashop is much better, I have it installed somewhere if you want to take a look at the backend of it. Just give me a shout if you want to try it.

Hi GW,
Thanks for this but it is too late. It is not my site.

(I hate Joomla. I find it so hard to navigate even for the easiest of tasks.)

It is a site that has been going for a while. It is updated to 1.5 and now wants someone else to help as and when required as she finds she sometimes has to wait days for the current person to get back to her.

I got her to move it to Rochen so if it goes down she can put it back up herself quickly as she was hosting with this person and he would go awol for days.
