Been here 8 years, all other UK cities are nowhere near as nice.
Sheffield is friendly, creative and green. Even Sheffield gangsters/rudeboys are tame compared to counterparts from Nottingham, Manchester & London!

That said, the job situation in Sheffield is not as lively as to say Leeds or Manchester.

Agreed. I lived in Sheffield for a few years (went to Uni there) and found it to be a very friendly place. There are some crappy areas like there are everywhere, but all in all I'd say that it's a great city.
