Re ITPoint.org.uk PR5

Never valued a high PR site before, so looking for some guidance ...

Domain was dropped, and has had new original content put on.

It has retained it's PR ranking and has been cached several times since I rebuilt it.

Thoughts on value appreciated, thanks.

Any comments anyone?

My thoughts are £300 - £500, based on what some PR5 sites sell for on DP forum, and the fact that this has good original content ...
