Is Bitcoin the Next Big Thing?

Offline wallets are best presumably? (No intention of getting involved with Bitcoin btw!)

Well...they are potentially more secure (depending on your caretaking and discipline) but 'best' is normally determined by more than one criteria. Xapo vault is offline and in secured bunkers with armed guards over different continents and requiring matched codes to release.

@Admin do you trade at all ? If so wheres good ? And do you think Ethereum/Litecoin will head same way ?

Not really, I'm holding. I occassionally get out when it looks peaky and buy back after a small correction. I hold Ethereum and Litecoin as well (and dash). They already have headed the same way! I bought ethereum at 6-8 dollars each. Better returns than bitcoin. I'm interested in factom. I think a lot of the alt coins will vanish to nothing though.

@Admin. Cheers. I looked at xapo but it doesnt seem to deal in Eth / Litecoin.

Okay. Im in on some Ripple( xrp) . @Admin you got any ? Chinese banned bitcoin the moment i bought of course, but whatevs. Im looking a year down the line

Sorry..... should have been more specific. That is what i meant.

from the day i posted about it dropping it took another hit late last night.

I checked an old wallet which had pennies in Bitcoin and is now worth over £15 :D . The inflation is crazy

Its been due a correction for a while now. Glad i stayed out of bitcoin for time being

I think it could down even futher if this is a proper correction coming out of these news/comments. Could retrace down to 2600 ish, which is only major support really i think

Yes the JP Morgan statement came out before the latest DIP, Any well versed crypto tech investor would not consider JP Morgan's advice to be credible.
The Dip was down to Charlie Lee's comments regarding Chinese exchanges.

We saw a Dip when China banned ICO's but this quickly faded away and personally I am glad this mad ICO craze has had a bit of bad press.
We are seeing recovery from this morning already and we will see a full recovery in a few days - week once clarity is restored from FUD.

I can't see BTC going below $3500 again and when a little dip happens like this, just consider it a sale day :)

But going off topic. LISK, Ethereum and Stratis are great investments at the moment also.

Agreed on ICO stuff. It will be a push for regulation which is a good thing. Its a bit wild west at the moment.

I'm dipping into it with ripple at the moment. Still cheap and gaining traction with various banks and moved in india etc.
