This is my first ever thread so I'd welcome constructive criticism. I'm also reasonably new to domains, but I'm slowly building a portfolio.
I have the domain insured.at and it was valued by sedo at 5,000 Euros. What are the chances of domains actually selling for appraised value? Parking revenue also fluctuates loads, one month I got 45.66 Euros, but the following month I only got 1.73 euros, what's that all about?
