Sedo's valuation tool is partly based on a broad match search figures, so InsuranceHouse is taking it's value from the popularity of HouseInsurance.
Broad match valuations, like those of Sedo and Estibot do not attach much weight to the order of the words and focus more on the words themselves, so for example they assess phrases like UnitedManchester as valuable because ManchesterUnited is a popular search phrase, but UnitedManchester doesn't actually mean much in it's own right, and certainly doesn't carry any weight in search engines.
So.......
[house insurance] gets 38,800 exact matches on Goog's new keyword tool,
[insurance house] gets 230.
As such it's not worth a lot, but you might be able to sell it to an insurance broker or maybe to someone who believes automated valuations, of which there are still quite a few.
