Who am I to disagree with that assessment?

Although AD these days is filled with real gentlemen (and a few ladies, special thanks to Susannah and Angie for very pleasant recent transactions) on the end user front, there's currently a severe pandemic of messeritis. Some of the worse cases I've ever seen in my twenty years in the business. They've located Patient Zero and he's currently in the ICU at an unnamed Birmingham hospital.

I always appreciate constructive feedback, good or bad. Most potential buyers will note however, that it's very hard to find any negative feedback about me at all unless you go back at least a decade when it's fair to say, I was quite the hothead.
