I need a .com, but after that I searched for 3 hours, I realized that there is no available name, so I looked on a domain auction site, Sedo, and I found this one

How should I proceed? Should I start biding on a big sum, or make him a low offer and start negotiating.

Don't be fooled! The domain in your link is not traffic.com. It is a phisy idn which worth nothing but a dog piss.

thank you guys, I did not even see that it is not the real traffic.com. And now I learned what is an IDN. Absolutely from a SEO perspective it is worth a bit less than traffic.any cctld, because google indexes it as a keyword (traffic).
But on the other hand, it is not worth much, because that particular i, is hard to type, so I am not interested anymore.

good choice i think that was a wise decision! if you get a domain name that sounds like a word you might not show up for any search results related to what your targeting!
