I submitted a support ticket in the "contact us" section of sedo's website and recieved a reply asking me to email [email protected] directly.
I thought this was slightly odd and not great customer service - why couldn't they just forward my query to the right department?
Anyway, i emailed the address directly on 7/10 and still haven't recieved a reply...
