No - It isn't

You will be wasting the time of all the members who have domains that match your criteria - but who won't part with them for the money you end up offering them for those domains.

Also, you will be inundated with domains that aren't worth the registration fee or are only vaguely related to your requirements, because some people want domains for different reasons than other members might want them.
