Hi All
I am considering selling my pride and joy and best money maker website
Its only going to work for a UK based owner prepared to take a couple of phone calls during the week (can be an 0845 redirected to a mobile)
Its highly profitable - actual delivery of service costs nothing so all income minus adwords is profit
As i mentioned it does need a PPC budget of approx £125 per week
However its a money upfront website and does on average £500 per week
Its easily scalable, like my payday loan website, i would recommend yahoo search marketing and if you are a serious buyer, maybe even a bit of local classified ads advertising in your local newspaper if you really want to increase the revenue
I currently accept Paypal for payments but people prefer to pay cash or transfer to my business bank account so youd need to set yourself up properly as a lot of people cant stand paypal
I dont want to publicy disclose the URL, so pm's only from serious people please
I am looking for offers in the region of £20k
I'm happy to work with the new owner for as long as necessary to implement all processes
The valuable part of the business is the system it follows - its not easy to copy, infact its very hard to copy if you dont have the contacts or know how the process works, but once you know how it works it doesnt take long to deliver the service (approx 10 - 15 mins per client)

I dont want to get into communication with just curious people, just people with a budget who are in the market to currently buy
