Wanted: Service help rqd re server error logs

Am getting this daily and which is why I think the server goes down each morning:

tailwatchd - chkservd on xxxxx.xxxx.com status: hang

The chkservd sub-process with pid 13466 was running for 684 seconds. The sub-process was terminated as it exceeded the time between checks of 300 seconds. Please check /var/log/chkservd.log and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/tailwatchd_log to discover the cause.

I've got a copy of the logs if someone can take a look plse
