Wanted: Service Graphic to a Flag effect

I'm wanting a flag effect adding to this but for the life of me can't do it with the software I have and I'm sure someone can just put it through something to produce a flag effect.

HELP please!

It's one of them I've been messing around for hours and just thought someone must have a package that does it in 2 seconds

I'll give it a go.

You can trial Photoshop Elements. It has a 'wave' effect that created the image within seconds so you can get it to look exactly how you want it to look.

Had a go at improving image quality but with no luck. I'm sure someone with more design experience will be able to do it for you.

Just noticed image quality deteriorates when you post them on the thread (but quality is still not as a good as the image in the OP). I can send the image by email if you want and let you see if quality is good enough for you to use.

If you save it as a .png it will help the quality as well...jpgs are best for photos.

Agreed - My original image is a layered PNG from Fireworks

jpgs are best for photos.

Depends how you define best. jpg is a lossy format which means it dumps data on save. I wouldnt save anything other than final images in jpg.
