Hello All,

I'm currently in my first year at university studying Graphic Design, and as the first semester draws to a close I've decided to spend the next few weeks offering out my services, to build up my portfolio.

I'm currently offering Logo Design packages starting at £10. More details below.

Bronze Package - £10: 5 Initial Concept Logos, created within 3 days, with the chosen Logo being amended up to 5 times before completion.

Silver Package - £17: 10 Initial Concept Logos, created within 5 days, with the chosen Logo being amended up to 10 times before completion.

Gold Package - £28: 15 Initial Concept Logos, created within 7 days, with the chosen Logo being amended unlimited times before completion.

The process is simple, upon ordering, I will forward a quick questionnaire to you to complete and email back, as well as an invoice, which must be paid, then I can get to work.
Your logos will be 100% unique, I will do my best to make sure you're satisfied with your logos, or I will issue you with a refund.

I take it they haven't yet taught you how to manage clients properly. Being a web designer is alot more than just having graphics skills.

Mistermix, I have replied to your pm explaining that I emailed the designs within the 3days, and heard nothing from you, the email may not have sent but I will issue you a refund upon my return back to uni as I've popped home for xmas/new years and have limited access to the internet here.

Lol, exactly.

He's either already spent the money, and waiting to get more to refund it, or doesn't plan to and wants to make sure he gets it withdrawn.

I guess Mistermix is learning the big difference between "refund if you're not happy" and "don't pay till you're happy". At least it was only a £10 lesson, when I learned it, it cost me 100 times as much
