It's not classed as gambling if at least 60% of the cash put into the pot is paid out, and any remainder does not make a profit for an individual - so if we make it £2 net per horse, pay out 60% or more in prizes, and give the rest to Pendragon's scheme for training rugby players with lumpy chests, that is entirely legal as a fundraiser for a charitable enterprise.

We could use Nominet colours for our silks so thats purple and white.

@doodlebug - you can't register purple and white alone as colours - all two colour combinations went years ago. Occasionally they get auctioned off, but the similarity of racing colours to rare domains is hard to ignore - any combo of purple and white = LLL .com .
