My first proper post, although not domain-related. For 25 years my old mum was a typist, back in the 60's and 70's.
Now they have built the last typewriter in Britain. Now it can be part of our memories along with gramophones, tilly-lamps and Brevil sandwich makers, never to be used again.

ps: My son once said to me "dad, whats an LP?" - I couldn't believe it. Maybe one day his kid might say "Dad, whats a typewriter?".
