Will stick a couple of affiliate/amazon sites on them and see if they convert into sales.
Thoughts? Worth anything?

No value IMO since they are more likely to cost you money (or worse) in a TM defense.

Hmm, the .com has been regged for 10 years with a site, adsense and aff links into ToysRus.
So that site will be for chop as well you think?

I just wouldn't invest my time and money into something that could get taken away at least or land me in hot water with the courts at worst.

Well I have quite a lot of them now too - but no-one gave me an appraisal when I posted the last one:

I see the point about wasting time on something i could simply lose though....

You won't get much response here posting about .ORGs, we are mainly UK domainers.

Site looks OK and you made it a proper mini-site so well done for that. Would only be worth something IMO if it makes revenue / traffic.

Its just set up for lead generation as that's my profession - going to keep building them until I dominate google for my Spanish mortgage niche - might be a few years off that though... so long as I can get the basics right. Only started online 12 months ago - pretty steep learning curve.
Just backlinking it at the moment - the boring part!

Yes be careful with trademark domains.

I have just a leter from a company regarding a trademark, its just not worth it, and then if you have built a site and they decide they want it you will have to sign it over to them.

Not worth the hassle, I advise if it is trademarked just forget it
