Just caught GatwickDepartures.co.uk 74,000 Exacts.

Wasn't to sure on the trademark issue as plenty of companies use the term "gatwick" and are airport orientated. If anyone could shed some more light in it that would be great. If its a trademark issue I will just delete it!

Think if they believed they were loosing any revenue or you were taking traffic/ kudos away from there official site they would come after it there are augments you could put forward but that wouldn’t stop them

You are including an exact trade mark within your name and using it for the same..? would be nom / DRS that would decide? Which is a gamble I would say biased in there favor but that all depends on how well you put together a case?

Heathrow airport is classed as a business so I would imagine Gatwick is also, be careful mate !

Based on being a potential TM issue domain then I would have to say its value = £0 at the moment.

DO NOT DO THAT ! , that's seen as admitting guilt, imagine saying to Tescos "I have been using a Tesco banner on my market stall but you can have it now for free"

They could sue you, just cancel it mate, that's what i did in my early years
