Wanted: Service Fsb

I know many of you are expert with fresh store builder, I have been playing with it on and off, recently I been unable to populate any products, seemingly to do with my access credentials, contacted amazon who assure me everything is in good order. I have tried numerous different keys, none of which work.
(A colleague has put his security keys in and they work absolutely fine)
Would appreciate some guidance with putting a site together, if anyone could shed some light on this would be grateful.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.
Contacted Amazon a couple of times & even though they assured me everything was fine their end, it did turn out that my keys were made inactive.

To check this....
Login to your amazon account and then click on "Product Advertising API" and then click Sign Up and login with your amazon account. Once you complete that setup your keys will be active.

If you still have problems contact FSB support as they are usually quite helpful & should be able to show you where the error is.
