Appraisal comes from Automated system with the results in an Excel sheet with 42 columns of data per domain.

IMHO automated tools are rubbish, however data is data and all data has value. What value you put on & how you interpret it is the important bit

I check if the higher and lower Tld’s and cctld.s are gone... suspect many do
Checking the lower cctlds would also give an indication of how popular the word was…? Possible advantage that at least your now they can’t get the name for reg fee …? If that would transfer to higher sales price I’m not sure but suspect it would… Lots of people check out the Tld’s regged and see if the cctld’s (co.uk de eu ) is available imagine many would find it useful

I dont think andrew is worth 25k.

With 508320 Andrews in the UK I would hold out for more than 2.5k but agreed definitely not 25k
