Envato Rant..

Dude - I've never trolled on this forum and it's funny how you won't answer that question.

I've bought over 200 items on the Envato market, had a few issues but my expectations are firmly set.

The only reason I commented here is because I suspect you paid around $20 for something that a few months later stopped working because of an update.

Either setup a sandbox site and test anything you update like a pro would, or accept that if you update a live site with a $20 plugin - things might go wrong.

It's no big deal that it stopped working, re-install the old one and you're away.

Can't see why you're making such a fuss.

The amount, the plugin & the refund are now irrelevant (not a great deal of money).

The point is, (as your struggling to get it) that they think it's okay to hold someones account to ransom!
What next - Revoking licenses perhaps?

If you don't see anything wrong with that & think that's good business practice, then I don't think we would ever get on the same page.
