Key phrase domain as google recognizes cigs as cigarette.

Ticks the boxes for an online product you should get a sale at price you have advertised but think you’ll have to put in the leg work contacting manufactures etc check out which countries have the largest sales are any about to ban smoking in work/ public etc does scream find the right partner /manufactures and develop before they ban them….

Bear in mind that "cigs" may be short for "cigarettes" in the UK, but other countries may not use the same slang. If that's the case, then the fate of your domain is tied to the ongoing debate about the legality of electronic cigarettes in the UK - there's a drive to regulate them like prescription medicines which would curtail the market.
