I sent an email today to change a TAG, got a reply about an hour later to say it had been done!

I have just bought some credits of dropcatcher (still waiting for the credits to show up though) - but reading this thread i'm thinking maybe i shouldn't have.

can someone please give me the lowdown

have the dropcatcher guys gone awol?
does the service deliver results?
should I have parted with my cash?

on a similar topic, can anyone confirm whether snapnames & pool's service work for .co.uk names?

I emailed Chris the other day for a tag change & he emailed back within 5 mins

So im sure your credits will get added soon plus they have reged names today as well so they are still working

DC service can be a little erratic at times, but the system generally works well and is delivering good results catching many useful names, including several today.

Well, it's now been 24 hours since i parted with my hard-earned; and still no credits and still no replies to emails.

i would urge anyone considering this service to think twice.

i am so pi**ed off; i'm trying to catch a drop today.

I'm grateful for the reply, but still not impressed at the time it took.

They're lucky they are in a market space with no serious contenders, or their business would be dead in the water.
