The domain MUST HAVE all of the following;
- 5000 / 15,000 local (uk) exacts
- an adwords cpc over £0.50 (mid to high competition only)
- .co.uk only
- no hypens
- good history
- atleast 6 months old
- no pharma, gambling or TM's.
