Secondly - Theater.uk was a popular domain name (as you might guess, notwithstanding the fact that with so many great names it only attracted your pre-bid). It was loaded by the person who caught it on their own, without knowing there was a pre-bid on DomainLore..
All of domainlore pre bids say caught no matter who’s tag it is. You can see this on their pre bids page.
If someone decides to list it as here your lucky to have a chance to bid as most keep them.
Are you sure TAG said OST for both or was that just for your ukweather one?
Im sure you will get the refund your due deneys a man of his word.never had any bother getting refunds.hope uou enjoyed the last week.Yes, the tag said OST for Theater.
BTW I've just received refund from paypal from dl and will be expecting another refund for £146 when paypal echeque clears.
dl account has now been closed down.
I guess thats the end of that, not sure if im still in auction as cant get access.
If i'm no longer in auction for L** (2 bids) does this mean the other bidder automatically gets the L** ?
dl account has now been closed down.
I caught theater.uk on my tag CAMBRIDGE. I compiled my own list of domains to catch and theater.uk was on it. 3gmedia you must be mistaken if you think this domain was on any other tag, it was caught on the CAMBRIDGE tag and has remained on it ever since.
*Some* members on the forum are too quick to judge
This makes it sound like everything is cleared up, I'm going to repeat myself (I will shut up after this post)
"We will aim to catch just released .uk domains for you at a fixed cost of £50 each. To secure your bid you will need to deposit £6 per domain you'd like to target. If we do not succeed - the deposit is fully refunded. If there are more bids for the same domain, you'll take part in a quick public auction."
Is there a fuller T&C posted somewhere else?
It doesn't say "if we fail to catch for you and someone else posts your private request to auction, your bid, singular or not, will be applied to the auction"
If the intention was to do the above, why hasn't the full list of .uk requested catches been posted so we can start auctions if we wanted to?
If I post an auction now for one of the better domains I caught that will likely have been booked, will it auto start with a prebid?
If Jasman posted it to auction without the prebid counting I wouldn't have an issue because it would be separate from the private catch request
However, I will say again, having "caught" next to your private request and showing you're the single bid, it is going to confuse and raise suspicions when you're then told it's going to auction instead
I don't blame 3g for being annoyed; suggesting the domain was caught on Denys tag originally is naughty though
you are leaking infoAdmin said:Hello. So, do anyone happen to know anything about Whois and how it can be accessed?
