After 2 days of work I have changed Domain Prices from it's 9 year old custom PHP script to a fully responsive Wordpress based site.

All the sales data has been imported as follows;

  • WP post date is original sale date (back to 2006)
  • new option to search and filter by UK domain extension
  • 100 recent SEDO sales added
  • subscribe to receive email updates

I have more to do but have now done the heavy-lifting of getting 6,000 UK domain name sales records from a very old system to WP. Keeping it updated should be easier for me now. I will also add a form where you can submit your own sales or ones that you find out about.

Enjoy

Does every domain need domain name, sale price, date etc above it?

Also you can't sort them?

I'm working on both those items, main priority was to get it up and add all the latest data. More improvements to come.

I just added 2 tickers that show Sedo and DL sales as they happen.

On the right hand side it looks like there are two buttons to filter DL or Sedo sales. Those buttons don't work for me?

Also not sure if this is a manual input error or an automation error, but it shows Path.co.uk as a sedo sale, whilst I'm pretty certain that was in fact a DomainLore sale?

It's working fine for me. The data there is published automatically. If you click on the DL button and then any of the sales it should take you to the actual auction (completed) page on DL. What browser are you using?

Thanks for the feedback

Some feedback (if you want it), when viewing on my Samsung Galaxy S2 ...

The Escrow.com banner at the top is not responsive, it stays its original width.

The menu button (grey button with three horizontal lines) at the top of the page does not do anything.

There aren't any navigation options at the top of the screen.

The responsive code is putting the search at the bottom of the page, when it would be better at the top.

I use google chrome and those buttons are still not working, do you want my chrome version? Think its the latest one as I installed it literally two weeks ago.
