Domain name theft??

I had some domains which a ember of this forum ha registered I believe unfairly. How do I resolve this as I have paid for all my domain and I find it incredible that some can be plucked before they are expired. Can someone explain this.

i tried to PM them but their mailbox is full...you know who you are!! There could be a error on my part but I don't think so. I will wait for cross reference confirmation until I accuse anyone of anything.
