1) any method implemented to stop automated searching (with bots etc..)
2) What are your plans for the site? (Are you going to monetise it? etc..)

I believe if a person who can take data from AJAX structure, can create own whois website
I planing publish my advertises on it.

I think you need a referral whois algorithm for TLDs. You're only giving the results from Internic, but not the registrar. Otherwise, cool.
