Sold a .org over a month ago.
The buyers sent the money to their escrow account. I've got the transfer code and sent that.
Buyer hasn't completed transfer despite numerous requests from Sedo.
Sedo told me originally that if he doesn't complete they'll take control of the domain (transfer to registrar of their choice) then release the funds.
Now they're saying they'll take control of the domain but only release funds once it's transferred to buyer.
1) What's the difference between them controlling the domain or me controlling the domain if he isn't responding.
2) What if he never completes it - they keep the domain and the money?
How about this idea:
It's a legally binding transaction, they have the money, they take the domain and release the funds til he gets his act together?
It's very expensive for the poor level of service you actually get out of them.
Just felt like having a moan about the general crapness of this particular issue.
