Limited value really, just a nice name, but couldn't use it for anything Sky TV related otherwise you will face trademark infringement proceedings.

I think that will depend on the extent of Sky's trademarks. If you can use it for a non-competing business in a different area, that does not infringe their trademark, then ok. However, the domain could only be of real value because of the Sky TV business, but to use it for this you will get into trouble, so I have to agree with the above valuation ... sorry.
