I've tried the usual places to hire a web designer, but I've found applications on sites like Elance are getting progressively worse. I haven't managed to find a designer who I think can do a good job on this project.
The website is in the beauty niche, targeting 30-50 year old females. I required 16 pages to be designed in total, and it's likely the site will be built on the Shopify CMS.
It's going to [hopefully] be a fairly high end site, so I'm looking for a really good designer, with plenty of beauty related pieces in their portfolio.
If anyone can recommend an individual or a company that you've dealt with in the past, I'd really appreciate it!
