Plenty of current generic tech names that don’t sell why would it be different even if it becomes reality? Even a water tight claim there are ways they can still use the term? Owning the generic isn’t the be and end all for sales there are plenty of alternatives plus potential grief as both defendant and plaintiff is it worth it on speculation ?
