Any thoughts on this one? I'm not too sure myself, I think it's a nice name but I get the feeling you're pretty limited to what you can do with it, the only field I can see is a CRM supplier. I think people prefer the term Customer Service these days.

Thanks in advance.

not sure

not sure, maybe create a hub site, for companies to use for there customers feedback etc?

As for value you are better placed than me to know that but its use could maybe a 'watch dog' type site, listing customer care departments for companies and provide users with the ability to post experiences about those companies?

Affiliate links to each listing and similar companies

users get a chance to rate their experience???

Loads of potential, would probably be a slow starter but you never know.

Try and sell it to those companies that provide customer care trainings to companies and some also provide customer support to companies, save them going to India.

I'm annoyed about this one. I contacted the company and they agreed to sell it to me (at catching prices), but they didn't renew/transfer it in time. It was a mistake on their part though because they said it should have been renewed, but was missed. Fair play on your catch though and good luck with the domain.

Agreed, sell it to a customer care training company.

What were you going to do with it if you got it?

Pretty much what was mentioned here. My cousin works for a marketing/promotions company and I asked her if it would be useful to her. She said no, but she has contacts with a customer services company that may have been interested. This all happened on Friday so I called the then owners of the domain. they agreed to sell, but it dropped yesterday. I'm not talking about huge amounts of money, but a profit is a profit. The company hadn't realised that it was suspended so was surprised when I told them.

I'm not fussed that I missed it, it's just its not the first time a company has agreed then 'didn't have enough time' to transfer/renew.

I personally see quite a bit of potential for the domain, but for the right buyer. Maybe even develop it as a trading standards advice site so people know their consumer rights. You could probably get legal affiliates on it and it could potentially be quite lucrative. Just a thought anyway.
