Unfortunately search volumes for creatine related phrases don't have much bearing on the value of a brandable name containing the word [creatine] otherwise any domain name containing the word would have value. Similarly any popular search phrase added before the word [direct] would also have value related to the popularity of the search phrase, but this isn't the case.

It's a nice enough brandable name, but it doesn't really have any inherent value as a domain only proposition.
