Cost of domain transfer

Just wanted to check - in the sticky post on transferring a domain name, the nominet form states a cost of £35 - I understood this cost to be a tenner?

Also, does anyone has a link to how to change the IPS tag in 1and1?

nominet lower the price a couple of months ago,
its about 11 quid now.
