Not exactly what you asked since no .co.uk but also nice: u-k.link (less characters than: xyz.co.uk).
(I suppose probably you targeted some xyz.co.uk to get xyz.uk one day, anyways U-K.link has much potential).

Well, what's more easy to remember? UK + LINK or f.e. ZQW + UK ?
Since it's not allowed to registrate any 2-letter .link domains U-K is the shortest possible format. So no conflict between "U-K" and "UK" can appear.

This makes U-K.link quite brandable.

Was not my intention - just thougth might be interesting too because its related to "link" like shorteners too.
Anyways. My extremly cool professional search tool shows me such things free now:

url4.co.uk (cool, like "URL for UK")

PS. but IMHO if You really want a cool shortener the whole base should not exceed 6 chars (technically - including the dot): so at least format XXX.XX, best of course would be a 1-char domain like X.XX - but this is just my opinion.
