Sky doesn't need to have an exact UK trademark for "cloud wifi". They already have trade marks for "the cloud" and their product is a wifi service, not something else with a minor wifi element included. Their "the cloud" (and don't think "the" makes a huge difference because unfortunately it doesn't) is famously associated with Sky's wifi service so anyone else making use of "cloud wifi" in the UK is likely to run into complications. That isn't a "wild accusation".
May I see your many other >UK< examples of "cloud wifi" please? A term for portable mobile wifi hotspots for example? They don't really get called that here.
