I disagree. The 'Classic' bit suggests that you are trying to attract people interested in old/2nd hand mercs so as long as your content and advertisers reflect this you should be okay. You may need to monitor what adsense is put on and block any that are for brand new cars.
The trademark etc inclusion makes any defense tricky it doesn’t matter if there new, old, broken, parts or to an extent even what you sell etc there take is it is trading on there good name, would likely cause confusion and or misrepresentation (With made up words this is even harder to justify) then its up to nom or whoever e.g. new Cayman D00011035 *there could be lots of contributing factors as to the decision but you would have thought that you could argue the registration is for new people for the Cayman island..? and porscheused D00010993 that doesnt describe or indicate they are new in the slightest same as “classic” if you had nothing to do with the brand or associated products etc maybe you'd win ? but who'd want them without that assoiciation... They have been registered because of the knowledge of the brand that’s were its tricky...I disagree.
