The fishing puns are terrible guys, come on!

Darren, great name with good potential - will require a LOT of content!

I think its a keeper as you enjoy the sport so developing it should be enjoyable as well as profitable.

GREAT NAME!!! like a bit of carp fishing myself...WELL DONE!!

Nice name, bit of competition there with the .com, but the market is that big and with a pure generic, i'm sure there is room for a bit of rivalry in serps land.

Yes im not letting this one off the hook easy, I have a few ideas down the line but will just have to wait and sea.

I will get my waders...

Thanks for all the feedback and puns has made me chuckle.

Are there any thoughts on value? undeveloped?

Thanks, Darren.

I've got a suggestion for all you carp fisherman, do some proper fishing and watch your float rather than reading the paper listening out for yur 4 bite alarms!

Can't see the point in bite alarms myself, whole fun of fishing for me is watching my float for bites.

**Incoming!!!!**

yes i agree with stender,it isn't really fishing is it....you wait there all day and night for a bite alarm to sound,i used to like it when you had the swim next to one,he would be there patiently waiting why i emptied the lake out of bream and i had two keepnets full and he was there still waiting for a noise to sound...

nice buy though mate.

fly rod and reel ? that would need to be a salmon rod because a decent sized carp would snap a fly rod in two ,too much breaking strain and because carp will surface around lily pads i have tried using a large chunk of stale bread and a hook and throwing it on the edge of the pads, then when i hooked a decent sized carp it bolted under the pads and tangled the line....i think my heaviest carp is only about 19lb but i don't fish for carp so that can't be that bad.

I think it's very good domain - as your already a carpzilla it's your pension waiting to happen!

If I was not just a scummy sea fisherman I would think about making you an offer.

Float fishing is a different style of fishing normally used in match conditions where regular bites will happen.

Specimen hunting is all about patients, with ledgering you’re able to get a much better line lay on the bottom hiding it away from the wary carp, there are so many more variations to float as stated its a different style of fishing.

I do use floats for specimen fishing such as a controller while floating crust, dog mixers etc....

I do like using the float on the odd occasion when on a match lake but do prefer the quiver tip.

Thanks, Darren.

Now this is something i would like to try, specimen carp on the fly rod.
