I offered him the domain but he declined so

what are your thoughts / Value / etc

I don't feel it's particularly valuable. Value will depend on what kind of traffic you are getting and whether you can convert that traffic into any type of sale, e.g. Norwich football shirts. Plenty of aff programs in the football shirt space, plus Sky TV too.
