Well they didnt reply to me, so not only imo was it a fake bid, their lack of communication on the subject is crazy.

I can now confirm that this domain has not been sold. Please excuse my silence on the subject before - we generally don't like to talk about domains being 'sold' until the domain has been transferred and the seller has his money, as unfortunately transactions can still be cancelled after an auction has finished or a deal has been reached, as many of you have experienced.

Just one question, if the auction is cancelled, will the seller get charged on fees or get any penalties?

Whether we take any action against the seller particularly depends on whether he or she was at fault or not, but we can and do take action against domain sellers if they do not co-operate in a transfer (for example by not completing the forms in the case of a co.uk).

You (More Accurately Sedo) banned me from bidding on your auctions mate, missed out on a decent domain last week due to it. Been waiting 3 days for it and last minute bid found out that I've been banned.

I've bid on some before but banned now,

Do I really need to submit a word document or PDF file to me, that states that you will not renege on any future offers or transactions on Sedo’s marketplace.

I got on touch with the site 3 times as it was openly for sale on the home page, I made 3 offers that were respectfully declined and I found contact instant but out of my price bracket.

Surely your system should show when a winning bid was not real and the sale fell through, as far as you show its still a sale:

I appreciate that you no longer link to it in your system, but type the domain in Google and it appears plus I link to the Sedo auction pages at domainprices.co.uk

I would have thought you would update the auction page or delete it since its still publically accessible.
