Hi guys,

I'm glad to say that we've managed to resolve over 75% of these cases already, so 3/4 of you should be back in business. We will mail all those people who have had the domains resolved. If your domain is still blocked, then it we are still working on pulling the right nobs and tweaking the right levers where necessary.
Sorry for the inconvenience everybody. At least it gave us an opportunity to admire one of Mat's fine domains in public

I have 3 domains just been blocked around 13th dec - not sure why. They are adult but nothing dodgey!

I've moved all domains away for now - Can someone look into it?

Well ive found another one that was blocked after i checked the latest weeks catches etc.. there is no reason why it should be blocked and i never got the email to tell me - which is why ED ill check the rest

Hi guys,

It's taken a week but things are back to normal again. I apologise for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience while we resolved this matter.
We'll send out another mail tomorrow morning. The vast majority of those names blocked were reinstated once we'd sorted out the misunderstanding with the new implementation. All domains should be moved out of the blocked folder too by now.
If a domain remains blocked once Monday has seen the last of the repairs, I'm afraid it looks like it will stay that way. Please feel free to contact us if you feel it is a purely generic term which is neither offensive or a trademark and we'll see what we can do on a manual basis.
