If you add the usa/uk traffic together, they both have similar search volume and cpc, so I guess you're looking at the same ballpark. Maybe slightly higher since all the traffic is USA, rather than split over 2 countries and needing 2 separate sets of content.

If you're thinking of selling it soon, you could help the sale value by putting loan related content on it and pointing a few links at it. Even if you can get it top 100 for "unsecured loan", its something.

We buy to develop and we would always put a higher value on something that had been aging as a real site, and already ranking at least somewhere - with a holding page we're going into it not knowing if we are going to rank anywhere at all for 6 months, so no idea when we start profiting.
