Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraise Movie-Watch.com with Traffic and Revenue Info

Had the domain Movie-Watch.com appraised by Sedo and they gave a figure of £3000.

Now that I have had it on a mini site for the first month I can post the following traffic and revenue.

From 6th - 31st Dec
Traffic:
2,428 (with 2,343 being absolute unique)
Average per day = 78.32
65.90% of traffic from the USA
7.30% of traffic from UK
5.65% of traffic from Canada

The rest of the traffic from places such as Australia, Europe and other countries.

85.48% of traffic is direct type in
13.60% of traffic is from search engines
0.29% of traffic from referring sites

Adsense revenue for Dec: $55.66

Jan projected Adsense being in the region of $105 ... est

Other than the link in my signature and a link from one of my other commercial sites link page, I have never promoted this domain.

Would you say the Sedo appraisal is a fair assessment or do people have their own opinions? I am interested in your thoughts being more domain experts than myself.

On bare figures if your monthly income is $100 p.m. it's $1200 p.a.
So it is valued at 5 x annual income (at $2 to the £)

It's not a million miles away but I'm guessing a little expensive if you are looking to sell to anyone here...
