Assuming an enduser...

Personally, £3-500 for a quick sale --- £1k tops.

Assuming offer came via sedo... In which case I'd respond with £1k and add a note that it's negotiable...

That way the potential buyer could see the top whack is a grand BUT their is room to negotiate a mutually benificial deal.
